J & M Steel successfully completed Costco's tight, 45 calendar day schedule for substantial completion. The 155,000 sf facility consisted of a Butler building with MR24 standing seam roof, over 200 roof curbs / smoke domes, skyweb fall protection netting, metal wall panels above CMU, and accent striping.
