Extreme winter conditions prevailed during the construction of the Heritage Plastics building in Milford Utah. J & M Steel crews experienced a two week stretch when the temperature exceeded 20 degrees below zero, while tenaciously completing a 50,000 sf building under a tight-four week schedule.
